Five Ways of Making Money Online

How much have you spent on making money online?

I know a lot of people who have told me of the thousands of dollars they have lost on trying to make money on the internet or start an internet business and frankly sometimes to you really do not need to spend a lot to start a business or build your personal income.

Wallace D Wattles, a very wise and rich person once said in his famous book, The Science of Getting Rich 1912 "If you already have capital to start a business you are already rich.''

So with that in mind I spent hundreds of hours researching trying to find the best way to make money without losing money, and I'm glad to say I found 5 easy ways to do so on the internet.

1. Paid Surveys This is by far one of if not the easiest way of making money online. Paid surveys are when you get paid to answer questions regarding a specific topic or product. They usually take about 30-45 minutes to complete and you can get up to $1 to $ 100 per survey answered. All you have to do is signup with a very good paid survey website and remember to sign up only for free. The major disadvantage with paid surveys may have to be that if you are not from USA, Europe, New Zealand or Australia then you might as well not sign up because there are very few international surveys. If you are interested in paid surveys then I recommend Cash crate and Survey Savvy.

2. Blogging Are you an expert in a certain field? Farming maybe? Or maybe you just love sharing your thoughts with people. Then blogging will be a fun and easy way to make an income for yourself. All you need is to register with a blogging network like blogger and start writing articles. However for you to really make money from this you have to be an affiliate advertiser which I'll explain below or have advertise similar products through Google AdSense. But always read the terms of service of the hosting service you will be joining because some of them do not allow sites with advertising and affiliate programs.

3. Affiliate Marketing Affiliate marketing is marketing goods and services on behalf of other businesses and getting a commission for every referral or sale you make. Although not as simple as it sounds in the beginning it is the best way to make money online and most successful people with online websites and blogs make their money this way. It's easy in the sense that once you have established your site well on the internet you can get income from your site without doing anything. All you need to be an affiliate marketer is a website or blog and affiliate programs that are in line with your site. The best place where you can get many affiliate programs linkshare. Remember signing up is free.

4. eBay This is one of the best auctioning site were everyone is on. All you need to do is just register with eBay create your own eBay store and sell anything and everything.

5. Write an eBook If you are not into blogging but have ideas you want to share with the world and make money from them, you can write an eBook create your own site (through website builders like Yola, Weebly or Wix) where you can sell it or sell it through Amazon. Selling through Amazon is actually easier than creating your own site. And since Amazon is quite reputable you actually have a better chance of making more money.

This list is definitely not exhaustive but these are the some of the best ways of making an income via the internet without spending a cent. I hope that you will find this list helpful.

Replacing Your Bathroom Accessories

Bathroom accessories provide the finishing touches to any new bath project. Whether you are looking for ultra-modern wall mounted accessories or more traditional counter top accessories; towel bars, soap dish, toilet paper holder, and so forth, which ties together the room's design elements.

Updating the Look of Your Bath is Quick & Simple. No matter the type of accessory; it needs to be fastened securely to the wall. Plastic inserts are driven into a hole drilled in the wall and expand when a screw is inserted; they're best for light-duty applications. Try to attach at least one mounting screw of an accessory to a wall stud. Bathroom accessories can be installed in less than two hours.

To make sure your bath looks organized and clutter-free, use your best judgment in determining the proper number or bathroom accessories for your bath. Once you have determined your style, you should then take accurate measurements of your bath. A general rule is two-to-three counter accessories, such as a toothbrush holder, cup holder and soap dish.

Many fixture manufacturers have created bathroom accessories to coordinate with their sinks, toilets, and tubs to take the guesswork out of selection. Proper ventilation is necessary to keep damp clothes and towels from mildewing. Laundry hampers come in many colors and finishes, made of several materials including wicker, vinyl and wood.

Make a Statement in Your Bath with Stylish Accessories. Once you have selected the specific finish for your bathroom, the next step is determining the style and size you prefer. You'll pick the finish, style and number of accessories to match your bathroom décor.

How To Find The Best Shoes For Plantar Fasciitis?

Plantar fasciitis is a foot disorder usually sensed as pain in the bottom of your foot around the heel. That pain mostly will hurt right in the morning, when you step out of your bed and stand up, or after resting for a while. It is caused by hurting the fascia connective ligament on the bottom of your foot. This ligament, called the plantar fascia, goes from your heel to the toes. The plantar fascia is a quite inflexible, strong, fibrous band on the bottom of the foot. The plantar fascia helps to keep the longitudinal arch system of the foot, it helps to absorb shock, plays a role in one's balance and in the various phases of gait.

Plantar fasciitis is a foot disorder caused by overuse of the foot. The specific overuse reason which leads to the disorder is individual. Some of the possible causes to the heel pain are: flat feet or high arches, gait and balance problem, weak foot muscles, standing a lot on your feet etc'. The heel pain symptom is typical to everyone but the reason for the disorder (the reason for the pain) is individual. Therefore the long-term efficient treatment will always be individual, and actually plantar fasciitis shoes will always be individual.

So what are we here for? Is there anything like plantar fasciitis shoes?

Yes there is! Such a good shoe will lower the total stress that is placed on your feet. Although you must look for your specific plantar fasciitis shoes there are some guidelines for a good shoe for someone with heel pain. You can find more specific guidelines in: http://plantar-fasciitis-elrofeet.com/plantar_fasciitis_shoes.html.

Shoes that are good for you will not cause soreness after wearing it for a long period of time. You should feel happy with your shoes but remember that you want both comfort and support. Sometimes the most comfortable shoe isn't the best shoe to help your feet. The best shoe for plantar fasciitis is the shoe that reduces the pressure on your feet and provides the support that you need. The shoe that caters to your own special characteristics in terms of gait, foot arch, and foot size is the shoe you want to go with.

Good Plantar fasciitis shoes are an important part of the treatment but it is not enough. Your shoes will not fix the problem. You should go on looking for more treatment and self-care techniques. Be patient and consistent with your treatment and relief will follow.

How to Choose Medical Billing and Coding Classes

Many people look to jobs in the medical industry when they want to find work. With an aging population, it's one of those areas that has good promise of growth. Medical billing and coding is one of the popular choices when you look at this type of work but don't necessarily want to deal directly with patients all day.

The challenge to becoming a medical biller or coder is to get good training so that you can find a job. There's no point in training that doesn't really prepare you to work, after all. How do you choose classes that will train you well for this kind of work?

Types of Classes to Consider

You have a few types of classes you can consider for your training. The usual routine is to check out local vocational schools or community colleges to see what kind of programs they offer for medical billing. It's not a bad way to go for many people, as having to physically be in class is a sort of motivation.

However, it does have its disadvantages. You have to find a program that works with your schedule, whatever that may be. This is not always easy, as not every job has a regular schedule or can guarantee your hours won't change while you train to do something else. You have to get to your classes on time, and if you have kids, you have to have someone available to watch them. Attending classes in person doesn't fit into every lifestyle.

Online classes are often much more flexible. Most are self paced, which means that you can attend classes when you have the time, and progress as fast as you choose. You don't have to wait for slower classmates to catch up or feel as though you've learned all the material before the semester is over. On the flip side, you can take extra time when you're struggling with a concept, and be more certain that you're ready for tests when you take them.

The disadvantage is that this takes much more self motivation, which not everyone has. If you need that extra push of having to go to school physically, online learning may not be for you.

What Makes a Good Online Medical Billing and Coding Class?

A good class will of course prepare you to work in medical billing and coding. They won't certify you, although you may receive a certificate of completion. The two are entirely different, although the school may leave you prepared to take the certification test for medical billing through AAPC or AHIMA. There is no requirement to become certified, but it may be an advantage in your job search.

A course should give you the practical knowledge you need, such as medical terminology, healthcare structure, medical record types, codes and so forth. Some of these things change regularly, and you need the course to be up to date.

You also want the course to give you realistic practice. Studying from a book is great, but you don't really know it until you do it. A good class will give you practice on real patient records so that you can learn to apply what you've learned.

A good course doesn't have to take too many months, although it shouldn't promise you that you'll be done too quickly either. The school should be able to tell you how long it takes the average student to complete the course, as well as how long they'll allow you to work on it, in case you can't complete it more quickly.

A good class will also prepare you to become certified, even though it isn't required for work. Certification may be requested by some employers, and may be an advantage in negotiating your salary.

Be very careful in choosing your courses. Not every school will train you well enough for this career. Look carefully at what's offered to make sure you have the best chance of working in medical billing and coding.

Food Allergy Awareness: Be Prepared With These Tips and a Medical Alert Wallet

It's rare that you hear of someone dying from food allergies, but when it happens, it usually reaches national news. Why? Because food is something we eat every day - several times a day - and everyone should be aware of the dangers of food allergies. Some foods such as peanuts contain very strong allergens that are in the food and released into the air as well. That's why someone with severe food allergies must be extremely careful where and how they dine out.

Food Allergy Deaths

There are approximately 150 deaths related to food allergies in the United States each year. Food allergies are responsible for more deaths than insect bites as well as reactions to medicines.

Some food allergy deaths could have been prevented if proper medical attention was given when the allergic reaction occurred. Unfortunately, someone who is dining out or eating at home alone can have an allergic reaction without anyone around who knows the cause. With severe reactions, the person may not be able to speak or move at all. When the paramedics arrive, they do not know how to treat the patient.

Non-deadly allergies can still cause unpleasant symptoms such as cramps, light-headedness, itching and rash, hives, headaches, swelling lips, tingling mouth, shortness of breath and wheezing. Even these symptoms can seem urgent when they're really not, so emergency personnel might attend to someone with these symptoms as well.

Keeping in Touch with Your Food Allergies

Prevention is always best with food allergies, especially dangerous ones. When dining out, ask the waiter if the food you're about to order contains the ingredients that might cause an allergic reaction. Also, check food labels and labels on drinks and condiments while grocery shopping to be sure it's safe before eating. Keep a list of the foods you're allergic to with you in your wallet or purse as a reminder when dining out.

If you've already experienced a severe food allergy attack, ask your physician about a self-injecting epinephrine to keep with you for emergencies. This could save your life!

Help Medical Emergency Workers do their Jobs

Another way to be prepared is to have all your medical emergency information with you in one place along with your identification. Keep this information in your purse or wallet so emergency workers will know how to diagnose and treat you when they arrive.

Special wallets are now available called Medical Alert Wallets that have all your medical information and allergy details inside. Emergency workers easily recognize these because each Medical Alert Wallet has a "Medic Alert" symbol and a free Medical Information Card with each wallet. They come in nylon, vinyl, and leather. Several styles are available such as bi-fold, tri-fold and neck wallets. Families can use these for every member of the family so everyone will be protected if a food allergy reaction or any other medical emergency occurs.

With a little preparation and a Medic Alert Wallet, you'll have peace of mind when dining out or eating at a friend's house. Food allergies do not have to control your life!
